Building Financially Confident Teens
Futures Financials Inc. is a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit teaching personal finance, entrepreneurship, and real-world decision-making to middle and high school students—through interactive workshops, school partnerships, and community programs.
Our Origin Story
“How it started”
From Club to Movement
The Financial Literacy Club began at Bergen County Technical High School (NJ)—founded by 12 students who saw a gap in what school teaches. Most teens graduate without knowing how to open a bank account, budget their paycheck, or invest.
We turned that club into Futures Financials Inc., a student-powered nonprofit with a simple mission: make financial education accessible, engaging, and everywhere.
Our Mission
To make financial literacy accessible to everyone—regardless of age, background, or income. We believe financial education is a fundamental life skill. Our programs build not just knowledge, but confidence, freedom, and equity.
We focus on:
Personal finance foundations: banking, budgeting, saving, credit
Entrepreneurship & earning: idea to side-hustle basics
Investing & decision-making: long-term thinking, risk vs. reward
